Pyras a small village between green fields on south Frankonia, Babaria, Germany has received the "Pyraser, Classic Rock Night".
With free camping and parking the concert took place on the inner yard of the local old brewery called "Pyraser", plenty of tables with bear barrels the classic look of a beer festival. Well organized with the stage assembled on a wood pavilion facing the lateral of the yard.
Half an hour before the opening, were the tables already plenty of people eating and drinking waiting for the opening act.
"Hot Rod Gang" preformed the opening act with a empty concert hall they needed 4 songs to fill the hall with the public enjoying very much the act.
With one guitar, a double bass and a battery sounded like pure old time rock n'roll rockabilly sound. Playing original and cover songs from Tom Jones to Elvis, an original tribute song to Johnny Cash followed by a version of "Personal Jesus" from Depeche Mode could full awake the public ending the performance with an energetic version of "Ghost Riders in the Sky" made the full hall sing and vibrate.
Following a long wait arrives "Canned Heat" entering one hour after the planed schedule due to some customs problems to pick up the material.
The anxious public immediately calm down with the firs song, "On the road again." made them sing and vibrate even with some sound problems. The performance of these old time rockers was fare good enough to make the public sing.
After a brief pause entered the " Mothers finest", the Funk-Rock-Soul-Crossover-Band could tune their sound to fulfilled the desire of the public for good rock.
With fast guitars and great voices "Give you all the love inside of me" made the public explode on a great reception. After being theatrically shouted in stage the guitarist made an excellent guitar solo remembering screaming guitars of heavy metal. Followed the ballad "strawberry fields forever" with a great reception of the public. The show was not over before "Baby love" finishing in a big encore request from one public in flames. On the encore a solo of drums and base was played, finishing with "Keep Rolling all night long".
After some more beers and bavarian food the long wait ended "Saga" enter a stage plenty of keyboards the sound lead the public to vibrate and sing. With a full house the Canadians played theirs progressive rock bringing in to the stage a experience of old timers. The shiny vocalist gave life to a nice show with vibrating public. the sound of "Times up" brought the best of the public out.
Closing the show entered the "Remember Rory" a tribute band to Rory Gallagher preformed for the resisting public. With half house and some sound problems "I fall apart" was well performed.
